Would you like to tag a unit of lumber in under 60 seconds?  Well you have come to the right place.  Innovative Systems & Designs is the designer and manufacture of a patented automatic lumber end tagging system that can provide you with this.

Company Profile

We have designed, developed and patent an automated lumber end tagging system that STAPLES a tag on each board in a fully packaged unit of lumber.

The End Tagger is designed for the “leading edge” producers who strive to continually improve their process and quality. It is an easy way to open new markets or improve in the markets you are in by adding additional value to your product. As you may know, most large retailers are now requiring bar codes fixed to each item, which is time consuming and labor intensive for you to execute. With the End Tagger, bar coding becomes a much more productive, one-person operation than your current manual process. Running the End Tagger is as simple as point and click - with a little on-site training, anyone can learn to use the End Tagger in a matter of a few minutes. While the End Tagger is working to place the tags, the operator is free to do other tasks such as bagging or moving lumber. Most packs of lumber can be tagged in less than a minute with extremely accurate and neat tag placement.  Each staple gun is capable of holding 2500 staples and an 8" roll of tag stock so there is no need to stop during the process to “reload.” The End Tagger can be configured to fit your mill’s layout or needs. Call us and let us help design your tagging operation.

Go to the products and you can see the actual video taken in a mill.  If this doesn't work, call us and we will send you a video on CD or VHS!  Dial up connections may not work as well.
