Missed A Board?

How Our End Tagger Works

The finished material is presented to the operating head.  This infeed may be as simple as using your pre-existing chains or installing a free standing unit in your warehouse.  Once the unit is stationed at the operating head the operator may input the unit's information using a touch screen monitor or by passing the information into our PLC from another PLC.

Once this information is loaded into the PLC the operating heads will then move into position, feed, cut and staple a tag on the end of the lumber.  Servo controlled movements will then place the heads in front of the next board and continue the process until all boards are tagged.

Below you will find links to some videos of our products.  Click on the them one and see the complete package.

Infeed

There are numerous ways to present the lumber to the operating head.  We have shown a couple of ways in this site.

Selecting The Lumber

Selecting the lumber can be done manually using a touch screen monitor.

Loading Tag Stock

Changing out tag stock is very simple and easy to do.  Watch the video to see how to load a cartridge.

Up to four heads on one machine that uses pre-printed tag stock and will tag up to four boards per second.

With 10,000 staples, you do not need to load staples very often.  But loading the guns is a   simple process.
